Working with Peter on the recent sale of our home was an exceptional experience. We have bought and sold several homes in the last eight years and we would definitely recommend Peter to any of our friends looking to sell. He showed up on time and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. One thing we appreciated most about Peter was his pricing and selling strategy, and the fact that he explained the rationale behind it. No other agent did that for us. Consequently, he was able to get more for our house than the other three realtors that we interviewed would have, based on their recommendations for the list price of our home. He explained everything clearly, so we understood his processes. Peter was exceptionally communicative, had a great attitude, and was very honest and patient when any issues arose. He went above and beyond during the negotiations as we were overseas on travel, and he made sure we were fully informed and moving forward to seal the deal. Peter did an overall excellent job marketing and closing the sale of this home. Both still and 3-D walk through photos were taken. The property info and photos were uploaded to many major real estate internet sites the day that the home went on the market. Once we received an offer, Peter provided excellent guidance that lead to a sale price that was greater than expected. He professionally handled a very difficult and rude buyer’s agent during the counter offer and closing processes to successfully close the sale. We highly recommend his services.

Ours was a difficult sale! We moved overseas and had only a few contacts back in CO to help us get things in order after we left. There were a few glitches along the way, but we were able to get the house to close on time!!! I know it took a lot of extra work and definitely appreciate Peter going above and beyond to help ensure the deal went through. We had some last minute repairs that needed to be completed after the inspections were done and Peter was able to coordinate contractors who would accept payment at closing, which helped us out a lot!! I think it was a learning process for many involved, there are a lot of additional details to consider, such as having documents notarized by a US notary (not always an easy task when overseas!) and definitely ensuring there is someone on the ground and able to help out with last minute details. I still don’t really know how everything came together at the last minute, but it did, and we are grateful to everyone on the team that helped us out!

I’m fairly convinced that an educated buyer can find a home without a realtor and purchase a home themselves. Selling a home is a very different story. You need a pro that helps with pricing / positioning, staging, professional images and gets you high demand right off the bat.
Peter helped my sell my house in Westminster and I have no doubt that he’s very good at what he’s specializing in. He was on the ball almost around the clock. He didn’t just give me proper attention early in the process but all the way to the closing. Peter is very upfront and won’t just tell you what you’d like to hear. He doesn’t waste any of your or his time. He just gets the job done. I highly recommend Peter Hauben and would work with him again if I ever have wanted sell another house
